Refund & Return Policy

At Solira Nova, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The wrong item was delivered

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
