Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Nairobi: 7–14 business days
  • Other locations within Kenya: 8–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

These timelines include order processing, sourcing, and delivery through our logistics partners.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email (please provide your email address while placing an order) once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to become active.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered in transit and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@soliranova.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
We cannot guarantee changes after this period as orders may already be processed.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect address: Please double-check your address before completing your order. Solira Nova is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Lost or stolen packages: Once marked as delivered by the courier, Solira Nova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos, and we will assist you.
